The Document Was Moving. The Trust Around It Was Not.
For decades, important documents have moved among individuals and families, lenders, attorneys, title professionals, financial advisors and other trusted parties.
Technology made those transactions faster and increasingly digital. But once a document was downloaded, emailed, uploaded or passed to someone else, useful context about where it came from, who provided it and who authorized its use could become fragmented or disappear.
EZDocTracker grew from the belief that the individual should remain at the center of that document relationship.

Thomas Cali has spent more than three decades working at the intersection of real estate, title insurance and technology. Throughout his career, he saw firsthand how critical documents move among consumers, lenders, attorneys, title professionals and other trusted parties.
He did more than observe those challenges. He helped create and implement technology solutions designed to improve how documents and information move through complex real estate transactions.
EZDocTracker is the next evolution of that work. It expands the focus beyond a single transaction or industry to give individuals greater control over important documents while creating stronger trust, provenance and continuity across their financial relationships.
